Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
