  A specialty Swedish stainless steel knife designed specifically for mushrooms! Knife is stubby with a 2-3/8" length, great for more control when cutting mushrooms up close. The blade is very sharp with a blunted tip for safety. The brush is made of genuine horsehair, so that dirt can be easily removed from the picked mushroom. The fixed blade is well made, with the tang of the blade extending down through the durable plastic handle. Comes with a protective plastic encasing for blade head.
