  A special pocket plane made by Kunz Tools in Germany. It's a great little plane for smaller projects or small touch-up work, such as work on chamfers & fine trimming. The raised handle "squirrel tail" on this palm plane helps control the plane during use. The cutter iron blade is 1" wide (25 mm) & hardened to 62 Rockwell HRC.  Made in Germany.
